Since my last blog post, the harassment has intensified, with the National Police (PN)<\/strong> and Civil Guard (GC)<\/strong> continuing their activities for two weeks. Following this, their surveillance, harassment, and “demolition” tactics have shifted. They’re now employing Prosecuritas<\/strong>, a security company at the Aluche shopping center. I reported this to the mall’s administration, but their inaction makes them complicit in this systematic and disturbing violation of fundamental, constitutional, and human rights \u2013 a pattern that dates back to 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Network of Harassment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

They are now utilizing bus drivers<\/strong> and individuals posing as street and park cleaning employees<\/strong>, all reportedly hired by Tragsa<\/strong>. This company is significant as it manages all systems, applications, and databases for the Ministry of the Interior<\/strong>, including those for agencies like the Red Cross<\/strong>, Caritas<\/strong>, and other NGOs<\/strong> involved in migrant assistance. These entities collect and share data with Tragsa and other regional and local organizations across Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s worth noting that Tragsatec<\/strong>, a subsidiary of Tragsa, was involved in a bogus job offer I received in 2013-14. This coincided with the initial infiltration of employees by the GC, PN, and CNI (National Intelligence Center)<\/strong>, or individuals used by them, to carry out harassment, defamation, and slander. They leveraged intimate and family information to engage in bullying and false accusations, as detailed in a previous blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persistent Threats and New Arrivals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Yepes harassers<\/strong> continue their surveillance, harassment, and the spread of false rumors. They’re employing listening devices and video surveillance as part of a “demolition” strategy, with conversations I’ve overheard indicating their intent to economically, psychologically, emotionally, and even physically destroy individuals. They have, however, failed to achieve their objectives from the 2021 attack and persecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two specific drivers from the Interbus company, which operates routes through Yepes, are being used as informants: Esperion Chivatus<\/strong> and Angeluz Chivatus<\/strong>. Some passengers boarding in Yepes are also involved. These individuals are reportedly members of the Civil Protection Police (GC)<\/strong> and are responsible for spreading hoaxes and false rumors about me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind the scenes, individuals who have been quietly active as leaders in this group of harassers and violators of human rights include Pedro M. P. M.<\/strong> and Yolanda<\/strong>, along with Israel O., David F.,<\/strong> and Marian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those continuing their malicious acts include Tomas Martin, Concepcion, Tomas Jr., and Carolina<\/strong>, the leader of this group. Also involved are the individuals known as Joel the dwarf, Mohamed, Claudio, Halil, and Fatiha<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This past weekend has been particularly active, marked by the arrival of an elderly couple who allegedly bought apartment 2B in Block 1, and members of the Martin gang<\/strong> from apartments 2A and 2B in Block 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on discussions and meetings among all those involved, there’s a strong possibility that these individuals are attempting to create “traps” or deceptions to delegitimize my accusations<\/strong> before judicial and human rights organizations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
