On October 7 friday, I traveled to Switzerland to spend a few days of vacation there. the trip was scheduled to leave madrid at 9:50 am but was delayed until 10:50. when it was leaving a border control guard, who was clearly waiting for me, he required me for an inspection, there he dedicated himself to taking things out of my backpack, a small leather bag and computer briefcase, he inspected everything and did drug tests .
Later in the hostel when checking my things I noticed the disappearance of some mini sd cards. that he carried inside an sd card reader, in them he had evidence in photos, videos and audios of the continuous violation of fundamental and human rights carried out by agents of the bodies and security forces of the Spanish state
the day 10 of octuber, monday I was at the Geneva Red Cross trying to ask for help. But the person who assisted me, an Ecuadorian volunteer, was trying to give me information on how I should do to file a complaint and obtain legal help and ultimately to request asylum due to the systematic and continuous persecution and violations of fundamentals and human rigths by agents of the Spanish state. At a certain moment, a Spanish woman entered and told her partner that the cases were only for political reasons and since I am apolitical, supposedly they couldn’t give me information. something that seemed very strange to me, it is clear that this lady works for the Spanish cni and works in the red cross as an infiltrator.
Another thing that seemed strange to me since I do not believe in coincidences was that from October 10 they changed the procedure since it was not done before. now you had to make a phone appointment in advance, precisely on the day they expected “HoG” to go to the red cross.
In the hostel where I had made the reservation in Nyon, in shared room No. 12, there was a Spanish guy who since I arrived was always in a strange attitude, and spent several nights doing things to interrupt sleep, things like open the door that led to the street, to make noise and it seemed that he did not sleep at night he kept going in and out of the room. something that they had always done when I moved abroad. They were in charge of spreading false rumors in order to try to discredit any claim that could be made. From the moment I saw him I knew he was a Spanish agent, and he wasn’t the only one, there were several Spaniards registered there who weren’t the typical tourists.
Faced with the harassment of the Spanish type, I requested a change of room in the hostel on October 14, the receptionist made the change that was pending for the remaining nights that were missing from the reservation that I had made.
but at night they tell me that the next day I have to change my room with a very crappy excuse, that “they had to clean the room”, when there are lockers in them and it did not prevent them from cleaning the room. I told them that I would not move from my room the next day. I left early and when I returned at night, they had taken my things out of the room without my authorization and they had them on the floor.
when I made the claim to the employee who was at reception at night, he did not give any justifiable reason, when I asked him to call a person in charge of the hostel, what he did was call the police with lies by saying that he was upset when in the videos to record I ask you kindly and politely.
While I was waiting, the Spanish agent began to walk through the reception towards the dining room and then another one entered who is a Swiss secret agent and He spoke with the person in charge of the reception of the hostel in French, believing that he did not understand what he was saying to the employee, things that his Spanish colleagues were trying to explain. upset and provoke me, to justify the rumors that they were spreading that I was a crazy, violent, aggressive person, etc.
When I checked my things I found that things like a smarwatch and €400 that I had in my computer case were missing, there was a hard drive that was improperly accessed and I don’t know if they extracted or deleted information from it.
After the Swiss agent what the pawn did was call the police I don’t know waiting I don’t know what, in the end I decided to go to the room and wait for a new room change the next day. It is clear that they have been doing this type of thing for years every time I go somewhere in Spain and outside of Spain, it has been more than 10 years of this systematic aggression, defamation, violation of privacy and access to my computers and phones illegally using spyware like pegassus and violation of fundamental and human rights illegally and outside the law.
The most serious thing happened last year when I tried to go to Geneva, I was attacked, physically and psychologically tortured, harassed, humiliated. using methods and technologies that should be prohibited and use punished as crimes against humanity, their use is to try to dominate and condition the victim and ultimately generate physical and mental damage.
