After visiting my family and returning to Yepes, Spain, the harassers and violators of human and fundamental rights, have continued their actions of harassment, surveillance, spreading false rumors, discrediting, for this they have and are using institutions and entities such as Caritas, the social services of the city council. From March in apparatus 2 D of block 1, a certain Joel arrived who, together with Claudio, Mohamed, Halil, Fatiha, Latifa, have continued with surveillance actions, tactics of psychological warfare. they continue to use listening devices and video surveillance inside my apartment. working in coordination with those of Block 2. apartments 2 A and B, they are Tomas Martin Martines, Conception (Wife), Tomas Martin (son), Carolina Martin (Daughter).
The modus operandi is as follows: they have passed cables under the floor of my apartment between apartments 2D B1 and 2 A and B B2, which face the sides of my apartment between them, they have installed microphones and mini speakers with which they make believe that the noises work they do in one apartment are done from the other, also so that everything I talk or do in my apartment is heard by them especially when in trods or I leave my apartment, when I make or receive calls, or listen or watch on television, I have to note that the television signal is common and they are interfering with the television signal, the programs that are dubbed into Spanish and the subtitles have been manipulated to try to confuse or alter.

These people inform the leaders of this gang that they are Israel Onieva Garcia and Pedro Manuel Pascual Moreno, the latter two along with David Fernandez have been there since 2019, the year in which they gave me the apartment in January and to which I I came to live in Yepes.
