Since November, the 2D team from Portal 1 has continued their harassment, surveillance, and monitoring. They’ve attempted to vary their tactics, such as trying to muffle the sound of the drills or other equipment they’re using. They try to be quiet to give the impression that they’re not there. These individuals include Mohamed, Claudio, Joel, Hadil, and Fatinha.
The individuals from Portal 2, Apartments 2A and 2B, remain engaged in the same activities. These individuals include Tomas Martin Martinez, Concepcion, Tomas Martin (son), Carolina Martin (daughter), and Jose (grandfather). They continue their actions as if nothing is happening, placing cameras in the walls or under the floor. They have also tried to change their strategies.
From Apartment 1A, Pedro Manuel Pascual Moreno continues to maintain a low profile but remains active in harassment, surveillance, psychological torture, hoaxes, and spreading false rumors, along with Israel Onieva, Almudena, Yolanda, David Fernandez, and Marian. They act with complete impunity, despite knowing that I am aware of all their tactics and strategies. They believe that because the local and national police and the Civil Guard are paying them and providing them with the devices they are using to violate my human and fundamental rights, they are untouchable.
Since last week, the national police and Civil Guard have been very active again. They are using individuals who are in training with the Civil Guard and others who have already actively participated in surveillance and the generation of false rumors and accusations, both on the train from Aranjuez to Madrid and back. They are trying to see how they can upset and destabilize me in an attempt to distort the documented evidence I have of this systematic and continuous violation of human and fundamental rights.
Seeing that they have not been able to upset or destabilize me, this week, specifically on Wednesday at 9 PM, I left the course I am taking and entered the Burger King in Cuzco. There, two police officers or Civil Guard members dressed in civilian clothes tried to set a trap in which the older officer dropped his documents while at the bar picking up his order. I did not notice this until the other officer or Civil Guard member asked me if the documents were mine, to which I replied no. He then called the older officer to pick up the documents. It was clear that the purpose was to try to identify me as a suspected delinquent, specifically a pickpocket, as I confirmed in the following days.
They have also been spreading false rumors in establishments such as supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, as they did actively in 2022 prior to the attack they carried out that year between July 31 and August 10. I confirmed this by the strange behavior or offensive and clearly false comments that I am an unbalanced or dangerous person. The next day, some national police officers appeared, supposedly conducting a campaign against pickpocketing, on the train I was taking from Arajuez to Madrid. It is no coincidence that I was sitting with my back to them and did not observe what they were doing or saying. But it is clear that this is something premeditated and planned, a strategy they had already carried out in the past. The increased passage of police vehicles through the places where I move is also notable.
